The Society was formed to developed best practice relating to insurance claims processes of member companies and giving greater recognition to the services of claims personnel on the industry.

The society also being the premier in the industry to provide due and ultimate recognition to the insurance claims handlers in the country, regardless the class of business ie. life or general.

With the developments in the claims management and handling; precisely in regards of the fraudulent claims and technical aspect of claims processing, we are developing active path line of networking and knowledge sharing amongst the members. This would be the platform for the claims handlers of the industry to gather and share the opinions, views as well as develop the pace of competent claims personnel in the industry.
